Overall the place was nice could use some maternal e on the water heater and heating system. The place does need a deep
Positive: I loved that it slept 8 adults comfortably, the converted garage with a bed and sectional couch was a plus!
Negative: The hot water heater could not keep up with 8 adults. Some cold showers were taken. The bathroom in the converted garage was so nice and big but hot water never made it there. The showers down there were just cool to kind of warm. And the heating system was set on 70 (it was freezing temps outside while we were here) but the converted garage never got warm.
